{"id":4271,"date":"2024-11-28T09:06:23","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T08:06:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/venve.pl\/?page_id=4271"},"modified":"2024-11-28T09:08:52","modified_gmt":"2024-11-28T08:08:52","slug":"information-on-the-protection-of-personal-data","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/venve.pl\/en\/information-on-the-protection-of-personal-data\/","title":{"rendered":"Information on the protection of personal data"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Information on the protection of personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Converis sp. z o.o., as the controller of personal data, collects your personal data obtained during the conclusion of the contract with you and during its<\/p>\n<p>term (&#8220;Personal Data&#8221;), in particular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>name(s) and surname, e-mail address, contact address or company of the represented entity, telephone number, position,<\/li>\n<li>in the case of entrepreneurs, we additionally process: NIP, REGON, registered office address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We collect your Personal Data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>concluding and implementing the contract between us and providing you with the services we offer, ordered goods and making payments and handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>complaints,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fulfilling the obligations of Converis sp. z o.o. provided for by law, including in particular issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and for archiving purposes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>protecting the rights of Converis sp. z o.o. in accordance with the provisions of law, including in particular the recovery of overdue payments as part of debt collection processes and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>court proceedings,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>conducting marketing activities and sending commercial information in the event of your separate consents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Converis sp. z o.o. may transfer Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated in this document:<\/p>\n<p>in particular, it may transfer your Personal Data to entities such as: companies providing postal and courier services, transport companies. Such entities<\/p>\n<p>will be obliged under agreements concluded with Converis sp. z o.o. to apply appropriate security, technical and organizational measures<\/p>\n<p>to protect Personal Data and process it only in accordance with the instructions provided by Converis sp. z o.o.<\/p>\n<p>to supervisory bodies, authorities and other third parties; in the event that it is necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and to fulfil<\/p>\n<p>obligations imposed by law, Personal Data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts<\/p>\n<p>and other authorities (e.g. tax authorities and law enforcement authorities), independent external advisors (e.g. auditors) or entities providing<\/p>\n<p>services.<\/p>\n<p>Converis sp. z o.o. undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organisational, to protect your Personal Data.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Data will be stored by Converis sp. z o.o. and\/or Data Processors only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which<\/p>\n<p>the data is collected, to fulfil obligations arising from legal regulations, for a maximum period of securing materials necessary for<\/p>\n<p>legal proceedings (including tax proceedings) and until any claims by you and Converis sp. z o.o. have become time-barred.<\/p>\n<p>You have rights in the scope of Personal Data protection. In accordance with applicable data protection law, you are entitled to<\/p>\n<p>file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or its successor).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, you have the right to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>request access to Personal Data; the data subject is entitled to obtain from Converis sp. z o.o. confirmation as to whether<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>personal data concerning him\/her are being processed and, if so, is entitled to access to them. Converis sp. z o.o. will provide you, upon request, with a copy<\/p>\n<p>of your Personal Data undergoing processing.
